Policy for Exchange, Return, and Refund
To ensure maximum customer satisfaction, the company is willing to accept returns/exchanges within 14 days from the date of receiving the product.
Conditions for Returns/Exchanges
Customers have the right to request a return/exchange by notifying the company through official channels within 14 days from the date of receiving the product. The product must be returned in complete condition along with proof of purchase documents provided to the company. The product must meet the conditions specified below, otherwise the company reserves the right to refuse returns/exchanges in all cases.

Note
- For returns/exchanges, customers must return the item to the company within 14 days of receiving the item, as indicated by the delivery date. The company reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange that does not meet this deadline.
- For returns/exchanges, customers must include the receipt/tax invoice and proof of payment from the bank or email, sales slip.
- The company will take 2–5 business days to inspect the returned product after receiving it from the customer.
- If the company receives and inspects the product and finds no damage, it reserves the right to refuse the return/exchange and will return the original product to the customer. The customer will be responsible for the shipping costs.
- If a customer uses a discount code and then returns some items from their order, the system will recalculate the discount. The customer may not receive any discount or may have to pay additional charges, depending on the terms and conditions of the discount code.
- Shipping costs, special packaging fees, and other service fees are non-refundable.
- For product returns to the company, customers are responsible for all costs incurred. However, if the error is on the company’s part, the company will bear the shipping costs.

- If ZOJI MEMBER POINTS were redeemed for a discount, the company will refund the redeemed points in full first, then refund the remaining amount per payment method.
